The staff, especially Vanessa, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process and acquaint me with the hotel's amenities. the attention to detail from the housekeeping team was evident, with the room always being pristine and inviting. the proximity to various examination centers and major sights made it convenient for my travels. the warm and professional attitude of everyone I encountered truly made my stay memorable, prompting a return visit in December. The comfort of the room, the impeccable service, and the convenient location make Dear Hotel Madrid a standout choice for anyone visiting the city. the rooftop terrace with a skypool provides breathtaking views of Madrid, adding a touch of magic to the overall experience. the Scandinavian-inspired decor creates a modern and luxurious ambiance, complemented by the premium toiletries and exclusive room amenities.
