Great location on Gran Via. Metro stop right outside. The room had everything: minibar, kettle, safe, and comfy bed. Clean and cozy bathroom with good shower. Staff were super friendly. Roof top bar and pool looked amazing, even though we didn't get to use the pool. Nice spa facilities with loungers.
